Return & Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Amvibio Store website (amvibio.store), operated by TITAN TROVES LLC.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we are here to help resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

Customers in the United States have the right to cancel their purchase and return the product within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Change of Mind: Return within 30 days — item must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging. Customer pays return shipping.
• Defective Product: Contact us immediately. Amvibio covers return shipping and provides replacement or full refund after inspection.
• Damaged on Arrival: Send photos within 48 hours of receipt. We assess and cover return costs if damage is confirmed.
• Wrong Item Received: Contact us — we arrange return shipping and ensure you receive the correct product.
• Item Never Arrived: Contact us to initiate a courier investigation. If not found, we issue a full refund or replacement.
• Order Cancellation: Cancel before shipment for a full refund. If already shipped, follow the return procedure upon receipt.

To exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted and refund is processed.

The following products cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized items
• Hygiene products (e.g., socks, underwear) unless unopened and unused
• Items that have been used, washed, or had tags removed
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer

Send all approved returns to our facility. Please do not send items without prior return authorization from our team.
